‘No’ Is a Complete Sentence!

There was a time in my life that I felt guilty every time I wanted to say ‘no’ to someone. It didn’t matter if the request was trivial or important. I was afraid, if I refused, they wouldn’t like me anymore or if we were new to each other that they’d decide they didn’t like me after all.
